CLUB MISSION

The Regency Social Activities Club’s purpose is to create events and social activities in addition to those already planned at the Pearl for all RAA residents.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP AND GUEST RULES

Membership:

•Open to all RAA closed homeowners and current lessees

Guests:

• All RAA future owners and closed owners who currently rent out their homes

•All RAA closed owners’ family members and friends who do not reside in RAA

Guest Rules:

•Guests may not bring guests

•All guests, including future owners and homeowners who rent out their homes must be accompanied by RRA owner. The board reserves the right to limit or omit guest at certain events.
