Candle Lit Yoga

All levels are invited and welcome in this calming, slow-paced class that will help you release tension, quiet the mind, and connect with your breath.   The addition of candlelight, scented heated eye masks and soulful music should have you leave feeling restored, relaxed, and ready for a gentle restful night.  You are encouraged to bring your own yoga mat and leave your cell phone outside of the room.  Class will be led by Pamela, certified Yoga & Reiki instructor.  Limited to the first 30 participants to register.
