Join certified Yoga instructor, Carolina in this thoughtfully designed class that offers a safe, accessible way to explore gentle movement from a seated position and occasional supported standing position for those who are comfortable.  We will focus on improving flexibility, balance, and mindfulness at a comfortable pace.  No prior yoga experience is needed.
