Sound Bath

Join us for a night of serenity , as “The Spiritual Concierge”, Michelle guides you to your peaceful oasis!  A sound bath is a meditative, immersive experience where participants are “ Bathed” in sound waves produced by crystal singing bowls and chimes.  It promotes deep relaxation, stress reduction, and mental clarity by using non rhythmic, resonant frequencies to guide the brain and nervous system into a restorative state.  Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, lawn chair, eye mask, and anything else that you may feel helps you to feel cozy and comfortable for the hour long session.  Please be sure to either leave cell phones at home or on Silent during this outdoor event.
